How to Make a Travel Claim

Step 1

Step 2

If it is related to theft, burglary and/or malicious damage:

  • Report to the police within 24 hours.
  • Take photo of the damaged property.
  • Keep the receipt and/or credit card statement of the damaged property.

Step 3

Complete the Claim Form and submit it to us.

  • General Documents Required:
    1. Copy of Passport
    2. Copy of travel itinerary/boarding pass
    3. Other documents required by the Insurance Company
